Best rates for GC question

I am wondering what I should expect / shoot for in terms of rates for a 5-night stay in early January at the Grand Californian. I have an annual pass and Disney Visa. Would probably want a park view.

You may be able to get something in the $250 range.

But there's no way to know at this point. That would be my best guess at what promo discounts may be available then, and/or best AP rates.

I had a park view a couple of years ago. Basically saw the tops of trees by the rapids. I wouldn't pay too much extra.

I would say they would be in the 250-280 range for park view in January.

These have been pretty good guesses, park view does add an additional premium but you are way to far out to get firm numbers.
