Best Rate for Universal hotels in January?

Hello All,
We will be going to Universal for the first time in January. What is the best rate you got for any of the Universal hotels in January? We are looking only at Portofino, Hard Rock, or RP because of the Express Pass.

I somehow lucked into $175.20 a night for a stanards room with 2 queens at Royal Pacific(love this hotel). When I called back to modify(which I decided not to) the price went up to $195.20 for the first night and $179.20 for the other 3 nights. THis was at the stay more rate on the Loews site. At this moment I do not see any other discounts. I have seen people who get the Annual Pass rate of $139 night but the price of that pass just jumped $30 so it is not worth since will be not be back this year. These room rates have not been released yet.

I got $250 per night for a KING suite at Royal Pacific the end of Jan

Right now I'm getting $211.20 for a standard (2 queen), Jan 13- 17. I was looking for an AP rate but can't seem to get one to come up. I wonder if they are not available, or haven't been released yet?

The December rates came out in mid-ish August. There doesn't seem to be a set time for things to be released but I would imagine that by late September, there should be something out.
