I need to get my MIL a two day park hopper ticket. She is a senior citizen and Florida resident. Is there a discount she can get? Does this discount require that she purchase it herself or can I buy it for her (non-FL resident). An AP would not be practical. She won't go more than the two days we are taking her. Thanks to any who have ideas.

Another option we MAY have: DH is eligible to buy tix through MWR (I think he can buy for his mom --?-- even though our tix are in a package) would this be a cheaper option?

Since she's a FL Res, you can get a Fl Res 3 day "Play Pass" @ $120 (plus tax), but you have to add the hopper option to be able to hop @ $20 for hopping = or $140 for 3 days with hopping:
Florida Residents get the new 3-Day Play Pass for only $120 plus tax. That's less than the price a non-Florida Resident pays for the 2-Day Magic Your Way Base Ticket.

The new 3-Day Play Pass is available for purchase all year long and expires 6 months from the first use. So you can enjoy one Theme Park per day for any three days, with no block-out dates. And for Residents looking to enhance the pass even more, you can add the Park Hopper® option to your 3-Day Play Pass for $20 plus tax which lets you come and go as you please between the four Theme Parks on the same day.

Proof of Florida residency for each adult is required for purchase and use

Or save $7 and just buy two 1 day FL Res tickets with hopping @ $66.70 each:

Florida Residents can purchase this 1-Day ticket for only $66.70 plus tax (ages 10 and up) and receive a $36 savings off the price a non-Florida Resident pays for the same ticket. With the Park Hopper® option you can come and go as you please between the four Walt Disney World® Theme Parks on the same day. ($56.70 without hopping)

Proof of Florida residency for each adult is required for purchase and use

*******
If she is a AAA member, she could go to the local AAA office to get the exchange ticket there and save $2.50 on the 3 day- she wouldn't save anything on the 1 day, but she would still have to add the $20 for hopping at the gate....

:thumbsup2
