Best quick service meals at resorts

So we are heading to WDW in August. Our flight is scheduled to land early evening so we will not be heading to a park our check in day. In the past we have headed to Disney Springs to eat our evening meal on check in day. However, this time we are thinking about visiting a resort quick service restaurant. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated!

I recommend heading over to POR, walking the grounds, enjoying a delicious dinner in at their quick service restaurant (the bayou burger is delish, but seriously, their carving station is MY FAVOURITE - corn bread, mashed potatoes, gravy, delicous beef or turkey ...), and booking a horse-drawn carriage ride around the grounds would be a perfect end to an arrival day.

Check out Captain Cooks at the Polynesian.

The previous poster mentioned the food court at POR. If you go there, they have a wonderful make your own pasta station, with different sauces, types of noodles, and toppings. One order easily feeds two people.

We loved Captain Cooks at Polynesian, and we also enjoyed The Mara at AKL.
