Best Quick Service in Epcot- COVID Edition

As you all may know, most dining locations in Disney World are closed. I am planning to visit in the spring and wanted to know what you guys think is the best quick service place in Epcot right now. I have never been to Disney World so I have no idea what I am getting myself into.

La Cantina in Mexico and Sunshine Seasons in the Land. All my favorite QS in the parks are all open. And I wouldn't really say most places are closed.

Regal Eagle or Sunshine Seasons would be my picks with Les Halles as a runner up
