Going to Disney World between Christmas and New Years 2017 and we will be on the dining plan. In the past we have used our QS meal for lunch and we always still feel full when it is time for dinner. So we are going to try the QS meal for breakfast and see if that is better. We are staying at POR Riverside. Looking for suggestions for in the parks and outside the parks for breakfast.

We liked BOG. It's expensive but we enjoyed our PPO breakfast and were able to ride SDMT without a wait twice before the rope drop crowds! And it's a good value on the DDP!

PPO BOG is about as good as it gets in my opinion for a qs breakfast in my opinion as well since you can beat the rope drop. Food can be pre ordered and interior theming is unique.

We love Pepper Market at CSR. The food options are great and the portions are perfect! Besides, having a bottle of Jarritos in the morning is a great start to the day! :)

Les Halles at Epcot is probably my favorite QS breakfast. Haven't had a ton of luck with QS breakfast to be honest

Wolfgang Puck Express at DS is a great value and great food for all meals.
BoG at MK is another one as PPs mentioned
Sunshine Seasons at EP has your basic breakfast platter and Les Halles has small items
Other than that, you only have the resorts' QS for breakfast. Cook's Cafe at the Poly is a good choice.
There just aren't that many options in the parks.

You didn't ask this part, and if it means you can eat a better dinner, it probably doesn't matter, but generally speaking, breakfast is a really bad value on the DDP. I would plan a couple of my TS for breakfast and eat QS for dinner and/or eat a really early lunch (11:00) and then have dinner around 6:00 or 7:00 before I would use my QS meals on breakfast.

At a resort, we can split a bounty platter breakfast QS between two. This leaves an extra QS for splitting later if needed.
Agree with the above posts recommending BoG breakfast (PPO or late breakfast) in a park.
What about QS breakfast sandwich? IDK - I think I'd start searching menus on-line...
Something else that works for us is to eat a snack to hold us over until the earliest possible "lunch" 10:30 or 11, then delay TS dinner until 7. We also will each a breakfast or lunch TS. We've decided that dining plan value is related more to satisfaction with the dining experience and food quality consumed rather than dollar amount of food consumed...
