Best Quick Service at Hollywood Studios and best time for Fantasmic Dinner

What is the best Quick Service at Hollywood Studios? I was looking at Studio Catering Co. Any thoughts?
Also, we will be doing the Fantasmic Dinner Package and eating at Mama Melrose so what time do you recommend making our ADR for that?

For the F! "dinner" package, you will really be eating lunch, or generally no later than about 4. You won't get a huge selection of times. The package is designed to fill seats at non-prime hours.

QS at HS is all pretty meh.

We like Starring Rolls for good sandwiches and great cupcakes! Backlot express is decent as well. You can check out allears.net for menus for all of them to see choices. I would say late lunch/ early dinner for Mama Melrose, but I think as PP mentioned you only have certain times to choose from anyway.

To get the seating voucher for Fantasmic you will need to book a reservation for the F! Dinner Package and not just a regular reservation at Mama Melrose. Unless you are going in the summer when sunset is later, for most of the year the last dinner reservation will be around 4:30 or 5:00 to allow enough time to eat and get to the amphitheater. The last times are the most popular and book quickly so be prepared to eat earlier. You could also book the package for lunch and have a QS dinner before the show.

This. We have a 4:00 "dinner" reservation for Fantasmic. For me it's worth eating so early to be guaranteed seats for the show. I figure we'll eat breakfast in the room then have a snack or something light around noon just to hold us over until 4 when we'll eat dinner.

Looks like you will be going in November after the end of daylight savings time so it will definitely be an early dinner.

I think the Studio Catering Co. Is closed now. I would go with Backlot Express.
