best quick breakfast places

hi, where do you believe are the best breakfast places with 'light' breakfasts, such as croissants, baguettes.... (light in contrast to heavy breakfasts such as omelettes, very sweet stuff such as pancakes,....)
For Epcot, we'll make a stop at Les Halles in France.
But I don't know good places for MK, HS and AK.
All suggestions welcome!

Kusifari in AK has colossal cinnamon rolls, breakfast wraps, croissants and some other items.

MK has sleepy hollow for waffles and Gaston’s for cinnamon rolls.

HS is tougher but Starbucks has croissants and the carrot cake cookie.

We like to pick up fruit and cheese at Harambe Fruit market in AK and Liberty Square in MK.

If we want pastries and such, we get them at the resort before we leave for the park.
