From what I've seen posted, Avery is the best most people use the dark transfers. I have used the Avery light transfers and had good luck! It all depends on the color shirt your ironing on, and what the background of your disign is! Hope this helps!;)

Hi Melissa, we used the Avery transfers (got them at wal-mart). The first time we used the light transfers, but had to use only white t-shirts. Next time we used the dark transfers and could put on whatever color shirt you want. BTW we are right across the river from you in Illinois. Good Luck

OK well I also used the Avery transfers. The light t-shirt ones come more to a package and ar ea bit less expensive however I have heard and have experienced for myself too that the dark ones(even on white T-shirts) are brighter and I have found too that they last longer--look better longer. So unless you are making lots and lots of shirts and cost is a factor then I would suggest using the dark transfers. GL!!
