I'm sure it's been asked before but can anyone suggest a good company to make photobooks? I've tried Winkflash but the colors just are not alive. I normally have my pictures developed at Ritz Camera but haven't tried their books.

Mpix. One if the best, if not one of the cheapest.

I've never heard of either of them. Thanks so much. I'll go check them out immediately.

I've used Mypublisher.com and Shutterfly both in the past. Both quite good - lots of selections on design, layouts from almost automated to complete user design freedom, online gallery sharing of book (with Shutterfly), very good print quality on pages, etc.

I've used mpix.com and blurb.com and was very impressed with the quality and price of each. If you need something that would set one apart from the others---check out the layouts each site offers if you don't intend to make your own and hopefully that'll help you make the decision.

I've used Blurb and My Publisher. Blurb with premium paper was not as nice as My Publisher, they offer a really nice product.

I've used artscow for a dozen different projects, including photobooks and been very happy with the results. They just take a while to deliver because they are in Hong Kong.

I used to use snapfish for all of my photobooks but saw a friend's Shutterfly book last fall and fell in love. They offer a lot of good deals and nice backgrounds, layouts, etc and the paper and quality of photos is much better than snapfish. I have 5 so far and love them all!
