Akerhus - definitely depends on your taste, as you can see. I love the food here (this was a fave even before the princesses sat court here), but if the lunch/dinner menu doesn't appeal to you, go for breakfast. I thought that was very good too, although I missed the Norwegian food! I'd recommend breakfast or lunch, though, since they do tend to get backed up and you may have to wait long after your res. time before being seated. The princesses are great, and it is definitely a good value for the DP.
CRT - I scored early dinner here on Christmas Day one year, and we loved the experience and the food. I would not do it every trip, though, and we only got to see Prince, Godmother and mice - and pics with Cindy beforehand. Maybe they have changed it since then, but I liked the princesses at Norway better. It was really fun, though, and we were glad we did it!
1900 PF We did this one too, and it was my least favorite. No stepmother or sisters, but we had to wait a LONG time to see Cindy (our whole reason for going there) - turns out someone spilled chocolate ice cream on her beautiful ball gown and she had to go get a new dress!
The food was fine, but not memorable.
For a short trip, I'd stick with Akershus!
