We are going late July with my 2 & 1/2 yr old daughter so this is top priority.

I booked CRT for breakfast but just wondering if there was anything else you thought was a better experience.

We love CRT in the MK... both for the meal and the characters... but I will say that we went to the lunch in Norway in November and the princess interaction was GREAT... I don't know what the breakfast is like but lunch was nice and there were actually more characters there than at CRT... but for us part of it is the atmosphere... CRT definately wins hands down for that

While i think eating in the castle is def a cooler experience, the character interaction and choices of princesses at Norway is really great. I always say my daughter gets more princess bang for the buck here (although the pricing has or is going to change so that might not be true anymore). You get 5 strong female characters (usually princesses, but sometimes you get Alice, or Mary Poppins or someone else) and they do a great job of doing the rounds of the tables. The food is neither here or there at either location so I don't think that even factors in for me.

With your daughter being the age she is, atmosphere won't mean much to her. I would go to Norway for the better character experience.

I also like Akershus in Norway at Epcot for Breakfast. I cannot speak for lunch or dinner.

Our girls also loved Akershus in Norway but I found the food was terrible. The entre was a buffet and when we went up there was not much food left.

My main was even worse, the emat was so tough especially for a shank. I expected it to melt in my mouth.

The Charater interaction for our 2 DD was great and they spent some time talking to each child and really interacting with them.

We did CRT for dinner and Lunch at Norway and my vote is for Norway. At Norway we saw all the princesses Ariel, Belle, Aurora, Jasmine, Snow White and Cinderella (we had to dash over to China to see Mulan which was okay because it was close and Mushu was there) and thought the food was great. The princess's spent ample time at our table and were very sweet especially when my 4 year old asked where Eric and Max were. Ariels dress is gorgeous and it was nice to see her without her fins. CRT was nice and you get to see the castle but I thought the food was so, so especially for the price. We are going back to Norway in Sept just for this experience, my DH does not care for Epcot but his meal was so good he is willing to go back just for that.

My vote is for the breakfast in Norway. We did this in 2006 and it was great. My DD's got so excited that it brought tears to my eyes!! The interaction was great!! They stayed at our table for a long time. That trip we saw: Belle, Cinderella, Snow White, Mulan and Sleeping Beauty. I know that this changes some as we saw a picture with Ariel from someone else dining experience.

Another Vote for Norway. We did a breakfast in Norway and Lunch at CRT. While it may be "cool" to eat in the castle, the character interaction was definitely better at Norway. Plus it is MUCH cheaper.

My vote is for breakfast in Norway. The food was delicious and there was many princesses Jasmine, mulan, cinderella, ariel, belle, etc. The characters interaction was wonderful and every year we go to Disney World that is one of the few places my daughters want to eat!

We've done both breakfasts and my whole family loved CRT much better than Norway- including dd (who was 4 1/2 at the time). We did both breakfasts that year. The food at Norway was not good imo. The princesses were good- good interaction- but no better than what we've had at the castle each time. We did get to see Mulan and that was cool. We've eaten in the castle 3 times- dd thinks it is a MUST- and have had 3 wonderful experiences. Nothing beats eating in 'the' castle to a little girl. DD sincerely believes Cinderella lives upstairs (she is 8 now). I will say, our last trip last Jan. was the best line-up we've had- Cinderella downstairs, Snow White, Jasmine, Belle, and Aurora all upstairs. If dd could pick- those would be her choices- so it was perfect for us. We would like to see Mulan, but dd did not even ask to go back to Norway this trip. The princesses were all friendly and spent ample time with dd and ds. They all started conversation with dd and it was very magical for her (so much so that she teared up when she saw Jasmine). To us, the castle is priceless. It was nice to do Norway once, but the castle is a must for every little girl that believes in the princess magic.
DD loved the castle at 2 1/2- her eyes were wide as saucers when we walked upstairs!
Have you considered doing both?
