What is the best price you've gotten for a 2-3 bedroom condo for late May/early June?

$65 a night from an owner in Grand Palms. It's a small little community, not really a resort, but the condos are nice, the pool is nice, and it's not a long drive to WDW...10 minutes, maybe? Check VRBO or Vacationrentals.com.

Cane Island in Kissimmee, just off 192 (across the street from Wyndham Cypress Palms). Brand new private condos.
2 bedoom/2 bath, full kitchen $435.12/week including tax

Where do you go to book these condos?

$300/ per week from Ebay seller get-a-vacation. She was able to get us in a 2 bdrm. unit (sleeps 6 to 8) at the Summer Bay resort before. She might charge a little bit more for summer weeks, but I would definetly try contacting her. If you go on to Ebay and then hit the Community button at the top and then type in "get-a-vacation" and then click on Find a Member. She is easy to work with. I know she has even more resorts available then what she has listed on Ebay so just ask her a question and give her your dates.
