Best price on Digital Prints??

Does anyone know who has the best price, meaning total price when you factor in shipping costs, for having digital prints printed?

For a consumer level lab, I like mpix. They may not be the cheapest, but their quality is much better than snapfish or similar. They have 2 labs - mpix, for consumers, and millers. I've been using white house custom color, but I'm shopping around for a lab that uses fuji paper.

Well, with thousands needing printing, right now I have to go with best price.

Costco is charging 17 cents. I pick mine up so I haven't paid shipping, but it looks standard shipping is included.
