Best preferred site in what loops?

will be 4 adulWe will be staying in Ft. Wilderness in June, 05. This is our first stay at the campground and would like to know some good camp site numbers and loops. We are requesting a preferred site and from the map 100,200,300 and 1400 look good. We will not be bring a pet. There ts and one child, so we would like a large site if possible. Please help us decide on our request and give us your thoughts. Your help is appreciated.

You will have a great time no matter where you stay. We like the 400 and 1400 loops better than 100 or 200. 300 is a pet loop. We are not too fussy about specific sites since our RV is not a big one so I can't help you with site numbers, sorry.

Call FW (9407-824-2727) 5 days before you are to check in and make sure they are aware of your rig's size, slides, awnings, etc.

We were there in Aug. We had site 1430 in the 1400 loop. Great spot - we were just a couple of sites away from the comfort station, walk way to the Campfire program (you could even see the screen from the lot - just not very clear) and every morning we had a visit from the quacker bunch (a group - about 10 - of very young ducks) and our very own Bunny!

DH said it was pretty easy to back in - we did have to park the truck to the side we were just toooooo long with everything hooked up - but that is ok for us - we always use WDW trans. or golf cart.

Hope you have a great time. Have fun - we are in the process of planning our next trip (adults only) and just can't wait!

We had site 1438 last month. Absolutely perfect. Only one side had a camping spot the other side had a small walking trail, we were directly across from the comfort station, and right next to campfire program and then the pool. We couldn't have asked for a bigger better site.
