Best pop experience ever!!!

Just spent 10 days at pop and it was the best room of any resort in DW!! The refurbishment is great. Our mousekeeper scrubbed the whole room every day. We always had everything we needed-cups, extra towels, soap etc without having to ask. We had a stuffed mickey in the room and just like elf on the shelf we had a neat scenario where mickey was getting into something. It was a special treat to look forward to every day! We had towel animals, decorations every day. We got our requested room with lake view near our family's room. It was very close to the food court too. It was just perfect!!!

Sounds like a blast! We had a great Mousekeeper on our last trip, and they can make a great vacation fantastic.

We were in building 10 and room 210. Mousekeeper was Luz who was amazing. Forgot to say the new mattress and pillows are really comfortable. If you haven't tried the new pop you will be surprised. I'll add-no bed bugs or stomach bug either!

Thanks so much for posting, we downgraded from CSR to Pop for our March trip (took the savings and booked a trip to Disneyland in July so that is good) and I have had my moments of feeling sad even though we have stayed at Pop four times. Even so, your review makes me feel excited and remembering why we love Pop and how lucky we are to be staying there!

I requested a lake facing room too, hope I get it!
