Best Plan of attack??

Whats the best plan of attack for Universal studios now with Diagon Alley and Transformers.... We will have express passes from staying at one of the hotels. Obviously i'm assuming go right back to diagon alley. Beyond that does it matter much which way we proceed through the park afterwards???
