Best Plan for MNSSHP?

Barring any hurricanes or monsoons, we will be attending MNSSHP in the near future. We will have 3 adults in our party with no children. We want to see the Seven Dwarfs Meet & Greet, Villains Mix & Mingle, Halloween Night Parade (maybe both times), Hallowishes Fireworks, collect bags of candy, and of course ride Space Mountain, Thunder Mountain, Haunted Mansion and Peter Pan multiple times. We plan on arriving at the Magic Kingdom around 3:30 to enter the park at 4:00. We will purchase our tickets there, since we might not go if it's monsooning.

I'm hoping one of you great scheduling minds will come up with a minute-by-minute schedule for us, since we've never been to the party and aren't sure of the waits and locations for characters and the best locations and times to stake out a great viewing place for the nighttime parade and fireworks.

Along with the easywdw link there's a thread here on the Dis for asking questions and getting info about MNSSHP. Lots of info on the thread, although not an organised plan for the night.
