Best plan for breakfast, especially on DHS day?

My family and I have a visit coming up and are still pretty new to navigating life outside our home with a wheelchair and feeding difficulties (not to a g-tube yet, but spoon feeding purées and needing a full-body bib, etc.), but we are determined to learn what we can to make it happen. I’m currently pondering whether we might try some of our days to get to the parks early and ride a couple of rides before breakfast (brunch maybe). We are looking for suggestions on breakfast options that don’t involve “grab and go,” since we can’t really do that, but also aren’t long drawn out and expensive events. Ideally I’d target quick service spots with covered, easy to navigate seating. We might do table service one day - eyeing Hollywood & Vine as a possibility - but want to consider planning that for the place where it’s hardest to do QS, if that makes sense. Anyway, just hoping to get thoughts and ideas. Appreciate your help!

Are you looking for places where you can sit together, eat, and feed the family member who needs special food? One of favorite things to do at DHS is grab a funnel cake with ice cream and toppings and call that breakfast. It's not too far from Backlot Express, which has indoor and outdoor seating. There are ramps for HC access.

Thank you, @DisneyOma - and yes, that’s what we are looking for. Will the QS locations be open to sit inside if they don’t serve breakfast? I’ve never thought of that, but that’d probably solve our whole conundrum! 🙂 Because I know there are plenty of places that sell breakfast from a stand or kiosk type situation, so if we can avail ourselves of seating elsewhere to eat those on the go items, I think that will work!

Making a note about ice cream for breakfast 😁😋

Backlot's outdoor seating should be available, and there are tables around the lagoon as well. We like backlot because it is near Star Tours :)

Thanks for the info! I just was reading they have blueberry Mickey waffles at Hollywood Scoops and I’ve never been up there at the Sunset Ranch Market in the morning - thoughts on whether that would be doable? Guessing not Woody’s Lunch Box?

I love the Sunset Ranch area (especially at night, it's so pretty!) and they have a lot of seating, or at least they used to. Woody's has breakfast, but the seating can be tricky. There are high tables and lower ones.
