Best Places to view Spectromagic

That danged search feature never cooperates with me, otherwise I'd look for it, but anyway...

Where are the best places to watch Spectromagic?

And, more importantly, is there a restaurant near the parade route where I could have dinner and a decent view (like the England pub/restaurant at EPCOT)?

In frontierland is a good spot and not as crowded

I sat on the curb right underneath the railroad station and thought my seat was great! I definately lucked out with getting that spot b/c we got there about a half hour before it started and no one had really lined up yet!

We try to sit in the area that curves around the end of main street by Tony's. The floats take a bit longer negotiating the curve and you get a longer look at each one.
We've eaten at Tony's and then moved over to claim a spot. Don't be pokey, though, it fills up fast.

We've also done a spot at Frontierland up close to Splash Mountain. That's neat in that you can look down and see the entire parade that's still coming from Liberty Tavern way.
