Best places to eat/character & non-character

This may sound like a redundant thread but instead of trying to find all the differnet threads on places to eat; I was wondering what is everyone's favorite places to eat. They can be character based or non-character based.

My family and I heading out, again, in Oct, staying at BLT and we wanted to get an idea of something different. We are gonna do breakfast at Ohana for my DD7's b-day and the Fantasmic dining package but we are looking for some other insights.

In the past we have eaten in Germany, did breakfast at Hollywood Studios but now we want to try some other places.

Let me have it, you opinion definately matters

Crystal Palace for breakfast at MK is our favorite. They have Pooh's puffed french toast that is hands down my favorite thing to eat in Disney. An added benefit, if you get a ressie prior to rope drop, is that you get to take pictures in front of the castle without other people in the picture.

We also like Teppan Edo.

Have you done the Hoop-Dee-Doo Rev? Our family loves it!! It's very upbeat...great entertainment for the kids....foods not bad either. Another favorite of my 8 year old son is the Whispering Canyon Cafe at the WL. Again, it's very high energy at night. The wait staff is loud...they yell across the room, let the kids ride stick horses....again...great entertainment. It's not the type of restaraunt you want to visit if you don't like noise There are so many great places to eat! I always go to http://allears.net and look at the menus. Have fun deciding! This is all part of the Disney experience for us...PLANNING!

When are DD was that age she was a great eater (still is) so it made it very easy for us to go to different places
Loved Kona which is close to you.

Boma & Le Cellier are also are favorites.
We usually go to Boma on AK's extended night hours.

We really like the following places to eat.

3. Crystal Palace
4. Tony's
5. Grand Floridian Cafe
6. 50's Prime Time
7. Coral Reef

Character meals we enjoyed:

Tusker House breakfast buffet with Donald, Daisy, Mickey and Goofy...good breakfast selection, on lines to get food and great character interaction. Its a must for my son ever trip.
Crystal Palace Lunch- we must go here at least once per trip sometimes we eat here 2x on a trip, My husband loves the salmon and good selection on the salad bar.
Cape May breakfast - love the characters dressed in beach wear and great character interaction. When we went here the characters came to our table 3x.

Non-character meal:
We love Narcoossee's,Jiko, Citricos, Chefs de France, Grand Floridian Cafe, Brown Derby,
