In the Magic Kingdom Liberty Square has a fruit cart. The Sunshine Seasons food court in Epcot has a lot of good choices too.

I'm curious about your migraine diet! Does it take them away? HOw often did you get them? What does your diet consist of? I've solved one of my triggers but get them at different times now.....just curious.

My still constist of no citruis, nuts, and very little gluten. When I first started trying to figure everything out I had to take out yeast, beef, and only eat chicken, seafood and fresh fruit and veggies. When my weight when down I am down 49 pounds now and counting I can add yeast back and a little beef. I can't have caffine at all either. It will be very interesting at Mickey's house while I am there but there is so much that I don't like now because where I had to change my diet like pizza, hot dogs and such(no nitrates and such) that I can't wait to see how it will turn out.:hippie:

Nice fruit and veggie market stall near Kilamanjaro Safari in AK.

Liberty Square also has baked potatoes that are so good and count for a snack credit...not sure if you can eat potatoes, but it's a good, substantial snack.

You can look on the menus at allears.net for ideas. It's not too hard to find cups of fruit, whole fruit, vegetables, etc. or even fruit smoothies in the parks.

love love love baked potatoes:worship: I live on those things. I don't have migraine to much any more do to my meds and food choices.what do they have to put on potatoes do you know?:goodvibes

There's the Harambe Fruit Mkt in AK. My dad has diabetes, and when we went on our trip with him last year, I went on AllEars to the menus section and wrote down all the healthy snack stands. I wish I still had it, but I checked and I don't. You could browse through them, though.
