Hello all,

DH and I will be in the LBV area next week, and we'd love to visit a bar/restaurant to watch the Mets game. Does anyone know any spots that are likely to play multiple MLB games?

Thanks!

Last year we traveled during the American League playoff games (Tiger fans). For about $20 per month, I purchased the MLB app that included streaming all games. I was able to watch the games on my iPad. It's probably not what you were thinking, but it worked great for us.

The best place that would probably for sure have the game on is ESPN Zone. They would most likely be showing every sports game that is going on at the time.

On Disney, ESPN as was said. IDrive and Apopka Vineland has a Buffalo Wild Wings that would have a lot of screens. Hooters of course will as well. Gaylord Palms has a nice sports bar also but you have to pay to park.

Those are great, thanks! Any Downtown Disney options? We watched football at Paradiso once, but I'm not sure what's available due to the DTD construction.

Not in DTD, but near, is Orlando Ale House (AKA Miller's Ale House)

Possibly Splitsville at DTD. They have multiple TV's showing sports. I'm not sure if they have the MLB package if the game isn't on cable.

ESPN club at the Boardwalk is awesome for watching sports. They will have the game for sure. We go there every trip!

I hope not, @RustManFan, I'm not sure my blood pressure can withstand any more injuries!

ESPN sounds so fun, but I'm reading that it fills up quickly. Do you guys have any recommendations on how far in advance I should arrive for a Friday or Sunday night game? (This Friday and Sunday, to be exact!)

It vary's depending on what's happening that day.

Sometimes you can walk in at gametime and sometimes you need to be an hour early. With no football on it shouldn't be too bad.

Mets fans aren't terribly popular in Florida right now. :D Hopefully by the time you get there, we won't be popular in Georgia either!
