Best place to watch parade?

Any recommendations for spots to watch the parade from?

Are there any restaurants inside/outside you can watch from and get a decent view? Am I right in thinking it starts at 5pm on Saturdays/Sundays?

The spot I used last time was near Caseys Corner so I could see round the Plaza area and also up Main Street. Also a little Coffee stop there for a light refreshment.

If you're eating in Walt's you can get a great view, but there is no guarantee that you will get a window seat, I'm afraid. You can ask when booking and they will see what they can do.
