Best place to watch July 4th fireworks-EPCOT

I will be staying at the Beach Resort and wish to watch the fireworks at EPCOT. How early do I have to arrive? What is the best place to watch from? Any restaurant that I can easily watch the fireworks from? Thanks.

I will also be there on the 4th of July. I was not aware of any fireworks at EPCOT? I thought that they were only ah MK and HS. Please enlighten me! What does EPCOT do to celebrate?

The fireworks are in addition to the usual Illuminations--a 10-15 minute finale. They can be seen from pretty much anywhere around the lagoon. We watched from a spot near Germany and had a great view. They are spectacular. And LOUD!

We were in Epcot 2 years ago and saw the best fireworks ever. We watched them from the bridge between UK and France. It was last minute getting there as we stayed at BW and walked over last minute. My DH stayed back at the room and said the fireworks were so loud they shook the room.Don't miss them!! HAVE FUN,

They add an extra bit to the end of Illuminations. It is very neat, and I think the fireworks themselves are better than the ones shown at MK. They are enormous and very loud too!

Epcot also has other things going on during the day on the 4th. There is a special Voices of Liberty concert as well as characters in patriotic costumes.

We're doing MK on the 3rd to see the fireworks and Epcot on the 4th.
