Best Place to watch fireworks outside park

We are wanting to watch the fireworks in the evening outside the park, so I can wear my wedding dress...what are my choices? We do have a 2year old with us, so thinking about the beach - polynesian maybe?

Our wedding is at 2.30, so thinking maybe a table at The Wave about 6pm then transport of some kind to the polynesian beach - would that work?

Has anyone else got any other ideas? HELP please...

Behind Narcoosees there is a little dock and you can hear the music, since Narcoosees plays it on the deck.

You could also rent a pontoon boat or the grand 1 for a private fireworks cruise, that would be a memorable experience

If you are eating at the wave you can hop on the monorail over to the Poly beach and watch them from there. The music is piped in at the Poly. Or you can do the dock by Narcoosees as the previous poster suggested.

Illuminations are great from the Beach Club and Yacht Club, and there's a beach there.

Can you see them from the Contempory?

If you want to see Wishes from the Contemporary there are 2 options besides having a room with a MK view (or a BLT DVC Membership to watch from the top of the world lounge); you can go to the Cali Grill (they pipe the music in both out and indoors) or you can go the the viewing area on the 4th floor deck where they also pipe music in. Personally I think the Cali Grill is better, but if you're a late comer then the 4th floor terrace is fine too.


If you're interested in seeing Illuminations at EPCOT out of the park then hit the bridge b/w the BoardWalk and the Yacht and Beach Club. It's my DH and My fav place to watch them. You'll have a great view, be able to wear your dress, and still experience the magic of the Illuminations aerial fireworks!!

Poly. Hands Down b/c your best view from GF is Narcossee's and it's a dock and not beach.
