Best place to watch Festival of Fantasy Parade

We have not seen the 3 o'clock parade since before we had kids since it falls during our nap/break time back at the resort.

We will be there the last week in January and I did not get a FP for the parade viewing.

Where is the best place or your favorite place to watch the parade?

The last time we watched The Main Street Electrical Parade we stood outside of the Christmas shop.

My kids will be 4 and 5 during the trip, and we will have 2 strollers.

A look at the MK Parade Route-
The 3 O'Clock Parade (Festival of Fantasy starts near Spalsh Mtn. and exits near the Firehouse.

Less crowded than on Main Street, but still spectacular viewing can be found near the Hall of Presidents,
or deep into Frontierland, past the Country Bears.

We watched it two weeks ago in front of the Liberty Tree Tavern/Diamond Horseshoe area. It was a great spot!

In front of guest relations in the front left, there is a clump of trees . Sit there and the parade comes right at you. Great for pictures

Our group last week stood on the elevated wood sidewalk in front of the store that sells candy and stuff in Frontierland, across from the turkey leg kiosk We could see very clearly as both directions are slightly elevated. The characters were very very close and our pictures are great.

We were able to grab a front spot right in front of the train station right at 3. Seems to not fill in as early. It was great. We watched the parade and then headed out from an afternoon break.

I don't recommend a spot on the Hub. You don't get the full perspective of the floats when they have to come around the bend to you and you can't see them until they are on top of you; you'd be better off seeing them on a straightaway somewhere. So don't feel bad that you didn't book FP+ for it - we did, and thought it was a waste in the end.

This summer, we got off the Jungle Cruise right at 3 and went through the cross over near Country Bear Hall just as the parade was approaching. We got front row viewing in the Country Bear stroller parking area.

That's my kind of parade; front row with no wait.

Thanks, but I am not willing to give up any of my current FPs...

If I could get it as a 4th that day I would take it, but I know they often aren't available, right?

We will be at MK 3 days so not sure which day we will try to catch it.
