We loved our Disney cruise last year. However, I booked it directly with Disney, and might not have gotten the best price.

Where is the best and most reliable place to purchase cruise tickets?

Thanks in advance!

I second the vote for Dreams. They are wonderful. This is the second cruise we've done with them (two others were on DVC points and our first was before I knew about this board or Dreams).

We've gotten rebates both times and on our May 2001 cruise they found out about a price drop and they adjusted ours before I even knew about it.

They have great communication too.

I checked around with about 6 TA's DU being one of them and I got the best price for our upcoming cruises with Costco.

I just priced a Disney cruise with DU and Mouseearvacations.com and got a significantly better deal with MouseEar Vacations. They both responded quickly to my on-line price quote request.

I used Costco the first time and cruise.com the second go 'round. cruise.com took $100 off per person from Disney's lowest price on an inside stateroom. Costco used to deduct 10% off all rooms. Now it is 5% inside, 10% outside.

However you can purchase insurance from other places. Usually any TA can found coverage that is almost the same for less. I have never purchased insurance from the cruise line. Try this site www.insuremytrip.com

I booked with MouseEarVacations two weeks ago for the first time and was very pleased with the price and the service to date.

DU and allseastravel have the lowest rates. I have checked most of the main DCL speicalist and these 2 have the best rates for our cruise. It never hurts to check around.
