If it were me, I would head to the TTC and take the express monorail to MK. Then take the boat to WL/FtW. Pioneer Hall is right up the path from the dock. Head back to the CR after and take the monorail to the TTC.
Ft Wilderness has a front parking lot just after the security gate. There are internal buses at the parking lot which will take you to Pioneer Hall for HDDR. Pioneer Hall is down by Bay Lake and the boat dock. It's an easy, quick bus trip.
I have read a recommendation from others who have parked at Wilderness Lodge, and taken the small boat from WL to FTW. (You can also take a boat from MK or CR.) The boat gets you pretty close to Pioneer Hall. But you have to consider weather when deciding about a boat ride on the evening of your dinner. The boat won't operate if stormy weather/lightning is coming. If you take the boat to HDDR, but after dinner the boat isn't running, you would have to either take a taxi back to your car (from the entrance parking lot), or bus it from Ft Wilderness front parking lot to a theme park or DTD, then another bus from there going to where you parked your car.
1) The WL parking lot is reduced due to construction work.
2) Only guests staying at The Lodge and are eating AT the lodge may park there.
3) It is best just to drive to FW and park, then take the internal bus.

Thanks for all the helpful responses. I have moved HDDR to another time so I don't have to rush to get there. I will park at FW and take the internal bus there.

Be sure to take your time! FtW is the only place I WDW that I can't wrap my head around. That whole internal bus system is so confusing to me....I've been like Charley on the MTA (have to be from Boston to get that reference )...just seemed like I was going in circles! Be sure to ask a CM if you're not sure.
