Planning a trip in Nov. with 3 kids and would love a spectacular meal at Epcot ...in the past we have only eaten cs meals here and would like to add a little flare this time! Any suggestions?:woohoo:

My kids loved Coral Reef. There were plenty of non-fish items on the menu for them (none of them eat fish) and they loved the aquarium.

How old are your children? How used to eating at a sit down restaurant are they? Do they need something to keep them entertained?

Teppan Edo is a good choice. You sit at tables for 8 (so you would be seated with others besides your family) around a Teppan grill. The chef entertains as he cooks your meal in front of you. The food is good - it is a must do for us each trip.

The Biergarden is also good for families and younger children. Again you sit at tables for 8, so you would be with others. It is a buffet - not my favorite food, but lots love it. There is a band and a dance floor where the little ones enjoy dancing. It is a party atmosphere and lots of fun.

Enjoy

The PP had 3 great suggestions...Coral Reef, Biergarden, or Teppon Edo. I have never done the Garden Grill with the characters, but people say they like the character interaction. Guess it just depends on the ages of your children.

Happy Planning!

DD 11 is a huge Chip n Dale fan, so my vote would be Garden Grill. The food is good and the character interaction is great!

Another vote for Garden Grill. And the restaurants rotates....very slowly. I think we saw the characters at least three times.

Garden Grill or Coral Reef.

But if you are going after thanksgiving when the candelight packages come out you may have to come up with a different plan as alot of those tables are being held for package purchase.

Our ds didnt like having to sit with other people at Biergarten but they did like the entertainment.

Garden Grill, Coral Reef, Akershus

A CS that we all like at at Epcot is Sunshine Season's inside the land pavillion. We always stop there for a meal. It's considered a CS but much better then some as you don't get the typical hambuger and fries deal.
