what would be the best place to eat......
When not in the park?

Yes we do like our food!

What are your favorite places to eat at DTD and Resorts?

Thank you!

We LOVE Naples restaurant in Downtown Disney, it's a must do for us on every visit!!! Another restaurant we really liked was the one at Paradise Pier Hotel, but right now I can't remember the name. :rotfl:

Catal is by FAR our favorite. DH is a total food snob and he loves it. The food quality and service are consistantly good here. The short ribs are excellent!

We love Rainforest Cafe and ESPN Zone at DTD.

We love Blue Bayou inside DL.

Not sure about the hotels, haven't eaten there in years.

Ralph Brennan's Jazz Kitchen and the Lobster Ravioli - to die for, we always arrrive in DL in the early evening and that is the first place we go!!!!!

If you like mexican food, Tortilla Jo's is a nice place with a decent selection of pretty good mexican food. ask for a table on the patio outside if the weather is nice at night for a relaxing meal with a good view.

Catal & Naples were great at our trip last October. Napolini, during our March trip, however, was AWFUL!! :headache: We stopped in here for a quick slice of pizza for dinner and it was on this hard, stale tasting bread & truly gross. The balled breadsticks (don't remember what they are called) were not very good either. We should have spoken to the manager for a refund but we were too tired to deal with it.

The Napa Rose in the Grand California has wonderful food! It is food for a foodie, not food for the masses like many of the DL resort restaurants.;)

We enjoyed Hooks Point at the DLH. The other wonderful restaurant is Yamabuki at the PP.

Ralph Brennan's Jazz Kitchen and the Lobster Ravioli - to die for, we always arrrive in DL in the early evening and that is the first place we go!!!!!

I went to this restaurant for the first time last month and had this dish! Incredible! My mom and i split so we had room for the bread pudding! Can't wait till July when we go back!

If you have a little extra spending money Steakhouse 55 is great! Good steak, great wine, delicious desserts!

Ralph Brennans (upstairs dining room) and Napa Rose. Haven't tried Catal yet, but it is owned by one of the best chefs ever so it is probably as great as people say.

Blue Bayou is way overated.
