I just went to the bookstore and they don't have the unoffical guide. They of course had birnbaums and fodors...but I'd really like the unofficial guide...so where did you purchase yours?

Amazon. Excellent price, especially if you have another purchase you would like to make anyway and spend $25, thereby avoiding shipping charges.

I get mine at Barnes & Noble, but if you can't do it that way, you can get it from Amazon, too.
:goodvibes

Thanks, I got it from amazon and used a gift code I got from a disney online survey:) got it for $11.90 shipped!

Check out Half.com I get all of my books there! Great prices!! And it is part of Ebay so you know you can trust it. They feedback system is shared with Ebay so you can make sure that you are buying from a trust worthy person!

I'd definitely do it through Amazon. So much cheaper all the way around! I bought both the Birnbaum's Official Guide and the Dining Guide for $15, brand new! Fabulous! I'm sure the unofficial guide will be much cheaper as well.

Shameless promotion here- If any DISers are from KY, go to Joseph-Beth Booksellers in Lexington. We carry just about every Disney guide published, mainly because I make sure we do! Or you can order it online from www.josephbeth.com or over the phone at 859-273-2911. It's an independant bookstore, which is pretty cool. And their paychecks help fund my Disney dreams! Even when I've lived out of state and didn't even work there, I got all my guidebooks from them.

Just curious, Disneynutbsv, but what bookstore didn't have the Unofficial Guide? It's probably one of the most popular travel titles anywhere, and I'd be surprised if even smaller bookstores didn't have one.

Thanks!

Obviously it was sold out due to overwhelming demand!
