In terms of best value points, the quantity of listings, ease of navigation etc?

When I was buying resale, I found it best to contact different companies, get on the lists and stalk their sites (get on their twitter feed, fb page, etc) and find the exact contract I was looking for.

Ive looked at all the different providers so far.

But in terms of listing volume, ease of search, how well the site navigates and for me, the sorting criteria (points, year, price etc) . This one does it for me so far

dvcresalemarket.com

I have only used dvcresalemarket. But also looked at dvcstore and a few others. Those two stood out as the best options though to me at least.

Had 11 sites that I would check when I was looking for a contract. The top ones were:

https://www.dvcstore.com/ (selling through them and sponsor here)
https://www.fidelityresales.com/dvc-resale (bought through them, call them if you want to put in an offer)
https://www.dvcresalemarket.com/ (bought through them and good)
https://www.dvcsales.com/listings/https://www.dvcmagicresales.com/listing/https://www.dvctimeshares.com/search/sales
There were a couple more but they typically had a couple one a couple contracts or were a more general timeshare site which I likely wouldn't have bought through.

To each there own, but to me there usually is not much of a choice, it is the reputable broker with the contract I want. Contract is the most important criteria, who has it, as long as its a reputable broker is not relevant to me.

I use a site that pulls from multiple sites to find the contract that fits my needs

Best value points - Im not sure what that means, price is negotiable.

I am purchasing my second contract from here. Any time I had a question or problem, Shontell took care of it quickly. It all boils down to which place has the contract your want. Shop around, there are some resellers that start off with higher pricing compared to other resellers.

Sorry its this one - they do price comparison I think on various sites

***************.com

I have tried it. The site isn't great in terms of user functionality and layout etc, but it does seem ok.

Im not sure how current it is. I have looked at a few listings which I was interested in which no longer show.

The title company which will perform the actual real estate transaction from contract to closing is more important than the listing company (in my opinion).

I completely agree with this statement!! The one I am using I like to drive to FL myself and help her out! Driving me up the damn wall!! Ridiculously slow!

Does she get back pretty quickly on offers? I put in an offer on the website 24 hours ago and haven’t heard anything-even a “I have forwarded your offer to the owner” which I have gotten from other brokers.

I search the same way, but usually scan each resale site repeatedly.
Can you share the site that pulls from multiple sites? (perhaps in a pm, if it can't be posted here).
I tried what I thought was one such site, but found it to be very lacking.

I agree that the "best value" comes with different criteria based on each individual buyer's needs/wants.

The only one I know of only pulls from a few site last and doesn’t update well.

What ended up happening with this? I appreciate that her website updates right away, but it's so hard to wait without hearing anything.
