Best place to buy MYW tickets???

I am not going until Oct so I have some time. I was just wondering with the MYW tickets if there will be a set price or some people will still be offering discounts? If there are discounts where are people finding the best place to buy them thus far? Thanks!

Ticketmania.com and mapleleaf.com both have good prices, but ticketmania has better shipping prices.

Just went through both the ticketmania and WDW sites to compare prices with tax and shipping. Even with advance purchase discount, WDW was $89.58 more. I am looking at 10 day premium no expire tickets for 3 adults, 1 child. I will watch ticketmania for any specials over the next few months and buy sooner if they have one.

I have never been charged shipping by Ticketmania since I have been using them which has been for several years now. Of course, this could change at any time. The price that you see is the price you pay with Ticketmania.

Question about Ticketmania: Do you usually get a confirmation email, or do the tickets just come in the mail? I don't know if I should be concerned that I placed an order on Wednesday or Thursday, but did not get an email. Thanks for any information you may be able to provide.

I have always gotten a confirmation email. They have a toll free number on their site. You might want to call and check to make sure your order went through.

Thank you for your quick response! I shall do that tomorrow! I just checked the bank where I charged the MYW passes, and the funds are on hold, but the charge has not shown up yet. So, if I don't get an email after I see the charge go through tomorrow, then I will contact them. Thank you for the information.

hello! i have a similiar question along a similiar thread. first, does anyone know if AAA is discount MYW tix at all?? i let my membership lapse due to non-usage, but was considering getting it reinstated again. big problem is I tried searching the AAA website for information and am finding nothing. then I notice that according to MouseEars, some western AAA offices don't sell any WDW tix at all! i think she must be refering to us here in WA!

secondly, i'm draggin my feet buying tickets in general. has anyone ever picked up their tickets from ticketmania or orlando tickets? i just wonder how much of a hassle that would be. with today being the 9 and me leaving on the 26, i don't really trust the tix arriving in the mail in time. i'm a bit of a worrywart that way.

I called AAA on Friday looking for 7 day hoppers. The price I was given was not any better than the advanced order tickets from WDW. The best I have found is Shades of Green. 7 day adult with hopper option in $230.00. Not a huge savings but it all adds up!!

I order my tickets from TicketMania.com on Monday January 3 got a confirmation email on the 6th saying they would be shipped no later than the 13th but to my suprise I received them US priority mail Friday January 7. Fast service!!! They also include a Disney map book and some Orlando Vacation Guides. Very happy and impressed.

Beware the price differences for the 10 day, EXPIRING passes on floridaorlandotickets.net, though. It looks like their 10 day hopper is $247 ad/$209 ch as opposed to $237 ad/$195 ch on Ticketmania. The 10 day plus (no hopping) is $257 ad/$218 ch as opposed to $247/$205 on Ticketmania. The NON-EXPIRING 10 day is a better deal there right now. It really pays to carefully check all prices/brokers for exactly what you're looking for.
