Just booked our second trip to Disney and our last full day will be Valentines day. Need to set up our ADRs and we want to go somewhere nice for Valentines (just my wife and I).

We're on the Dining plan, but we should have enough TS meals to spend two that night. I'm thinking one of the following, but I'm open to suggestions:

Spirit of Aloha Dinner @ Polynesian
Narcoosse @ Grand Floridian
Citricos @ Grand Floridian
Artist Point @ Wildernes Lodge
Dreams Come True Dinner @ Cinderalla's Castle

For Valentines day I would go with a signature restaurant. Even though some of them are a bit noisy, you will get a more relaxed meal. In my opinion they are more of an experience. I would say, pick the one that appeals to you most for food and atmosphere. MY favourites are Jiko, California Grill and Artist Point, but I have read many good things about Citricos, Narcoosees and Flying Fish .

We went to Shula's one year on V day. There were no children there. They wait on you hand and foot. They go as far as brushing the crumbs off the table as u wait for your next course. The menu is $$$, but I did order the human size lobster lol I hope this helps. The food was very good. And the restaurant was very adult. It was a nice romantic setting.

For Valentine's day, or any day we want really good food, hubby and I choose one of the following....

Flying Fish
Blue Zoo
Artist Point
IL Mulino
Le Bistro
Jiko

Sadly I will be their alone on Valentine's Day until around 7 when my family shows up so I made a solo res at Liberty Tree just for the hell of it. I was going to go to one of the nicer places and treat myself until I realized that it would be Valentine's Day and didn't want to start my Vacation eating alone surrounded by couples. Depressed is not a good way to start a week at the world.

Go to one of the nicer spots and eat at the bar or the chef's counter!!!

As to the original question, almost any of the Signature restaurants would be nice on Valentine's day.

Jiko is my favorite restaurant in all of WDW.

That being said, we went to Cali Grill one year on V-Day and hated it. They were overrun with couples looking for a "special, romantic evening." And when you have that many people looking for that kind of evening, you don't get it. It was just awful. We have since been back to Cali Grill to give it another shot and it was much better, so we chalk it up to it being V-Day. If I were you, I wouldn't go to a "hyped" restaurant because there will be too many people there expecting pixie dust and well, not everyone can get the best seat in the house if you know what I mean...

Our favorite signature restaurant in WDW is Jiko. It is a beautiful restaurant with a wonderful wine list and great food. It is also more adult oriented than some. I have also eaten at Narcoosees and loved it there.
Have a Great Trip.
