best place for lunch in DHS/AK?

my DH and I will mostly be doing counter service meals because we won't be eating much. and also wasting our time sitting down eating..lol. but i would like to make an ADR at either hollywood studios or animal kingdom. what restaurant in each do you think is the best and why?

Sci-Fi at HS is good for a lunch... Food is not fancy but you can get a good burger or chicken sandwich AND the Vanilla shakes are terrific!

AK has the Rainforest Cafe right outside the park and they have the Tusker House buffet for lunch (I have not been there).

I would say Sci Fi for lunch. They have the best sandwhiches and shakes! It is also cool eating in a car and watching movies. (The kids love it the drinks glow in the dark), and for AK i would say Tusker House buffet. Both of these are GREAT!

Animal Kingdom- Flame Tree BBQ
Hollywood- We like those veggi pitzas at Toy Story

How about Brown Derby for lunch. Nice break from the park & yummy food.

OOPs did read till the last sentance ADRs, would have to go with Rain Forect Cafe, but I want to get to that Yak and Yedi sometime myself and Hollywood Studios I can only say didn't care for Hollywood and Vine but I have to get to SCI FI sometime.
I think we are more addicted to the EPCOT restaurants every time we are on the DDP we are there for 4-5 restaurants.

At AK, I would definitely recommend Yak & Yeti. The counter service was great...crispy orange chicken is very yummy, as are the egg rolls. Hubby and I shared those two items and it made for a great (cheap!) lunch.

The Tusker House lunch buffet was pretty good.

We thought the new TUsker House Buffet for lunch was outstanding and a great break from the mid day heat at AK.
