Best place for coffee for the Starbucks Junkie?

I've been with starbucks for six years, which means I have had caffeine running through my veins everyday since then!

I ALWAYS bring my own bag of ground coffee with all the fixings (filters, cream, sugar) and make it in my room...Nescafe is no bueno...

As someone else stated, the beverages in the Coffee Shop at the DLH are actually pretty tasty!

My daughter works for Starbucks too, so it is the only place I get my coffee. I'll be bringing my own grounds to DL as well. Nescafe makes me physically ill. I don't know what it is about that brand, but if I drink it, I'm sick all day!

I *heart* Starbucks.

I don't really recommend walking to Sbux, but driving there takes literally five minutes from the Mickey and Friends parking structure. We can't step foot on Disney property without some java in us..

I know exactly what you mean...when all you drink is good coffee, then take a giant leap down to Nescafe, you get a bad headache!

I'm wondering if that's what happens with bad alcohol as well??? Kirkland brand Vodka compared to Grey Goose Vodka?? Lol sorry a little OT!

I seem to remember a Starbucks going to the character outlet store just past the I5 overpass on the right hand side of Harbor near where the AMPM is on the oppisite side of the street we got latte's the morning we headed out..I love SB but I hate the prices I can get a great White Mocha w/ soy at a little drive thru here in Kelso that rivals SB but is like $2 cheaper for a 20 oz.

Yes GCH has a small coffee maker. You can use the Mr. Coffee type filters. I bring my own Peet's Coffee and use the nice ceramic mugs provided in the room for my first round. I bring the coffee house type insulated cups with the lids to take round two out the door. Gotta love Peet's. I like Starbuck's for the free Wi-Fi but love Peet's for the coffee. :goodvibes

The basket filters or the cone filters?

The cart in DCA referenced earlier is decent. I would order a quad americano and then add your own cream- it aint great but beats any of the other coffee or espreso joints in DLR.

The basket filters. Even though the pot is a smaller pot the regular size basket filters work ok.

I have just cut the down a little bit before I leave home...or if you forget to take them with you and are really desperate, you can take a heavy duty napkin and make your own filter. i've done it before...a little messy but gets the job done!

Hilton and Marriott both have SB in the lobby.

You could buy the bottled fraps for backup.

Compass books isn't bad, got iced lattes there a lot this week... and I saw a sign... was it in Wetzel's in DTD?? That they serve Peet's now... but we didn't go there... and there was a little cart in DTD across from World of Disney I think, with a tiny little placard saying they serve Starbucks--drip I am sure, not fancy drinks...
