Best place for character dining?

We are going this fall and I want to reserve a spot ASAP... we are staying at the CA adventure hotel. My soon is 2.5 is the character dining only Bfast? can we do dinners? help!

No matter where you stay, you can have dinner at the Disneyland Hotel. Chef Goofy's has character dining for dinner. The food is pretty good too. If you decide to do character dining at breakfast, take them to Minnie and Friends Breakfast in Disneyland Park at Plaza Inn.
