They could easily have just given you stuff and that would have been nice, but for them to go out of their way to take pics and really spend time being thoughtful is just incredible. I'm so glad your day ended better than it began.

Luckily for us the day we checked out Janelle was working and we got to thank her in person for all she did. And yes we are going to write the management there to let them know what great people they have working there. It really was a wonderful experience for us.
If anyone is going to Riverside soon, go by baggage and tell Janelle that Libby's baby had a great time with her!

That is stinkin' adorable!! And people ask us why we keep going back to Disney every year.......THAT is why!! We stayed there 2 years ago & upon check-in my son was so excited to get there (after 2 flights & magical express) he ran around the lobby screaming "I'm so excited to be in Disney World!" The lady who checked us in made us wait for minute - then came out with a brand new Donald Duck plush toy for him. She was so sweet - and he carried Donald EVERYWHERE with us. I was terrified of losing him. Gotta love those cast members who go the extra mile!

I honestly think that is one of the best pixie dust stories I've read!! . It made me giggle a little because it reminded me of our secret elf at Xmas and Jingles gets into a lot of mischief ~ cough cough! We have pictures to prove it!

Wow! There are just some things you can't put a price on. This is one of them. They took your daughter's concerns seriously- and then instead of just setting the doll to the side, they made sure your little girl knew her baby was cared for and was having as good of a time as she was!
