Best Pet Loop?

Prefer 1700 anywhere from number 1723 down. Those are along the road and nice and level. No standing water anywhere. I'd post pictures from our last trip, but I don't know how. We were on 1715 I believe.

I put in a request to get into loop 1700 pet loop and I was wondering what others thought of that loop. Are any of the other pet loops...non-preferred...better? I know many people have said how bad 1900 is....so.........

We stayed in Loop 1700 (July 4th 2007) and we loved it. The site was roomy and easy to get into. However, they were cutting down all the foliage and alot of the trees while we were there. We liked the privacy and maybe its grown back by now. Alot of the loops looked defoliated----probably from hurricane damage. We're going again this summer.

Since we have been here (16 Dec) I have seen probably 10 of the large trash bins (about 1/2 the size of a semi trailer) full of limbs and brush removed from the entrance to the 1600-1900 loops. It looks like they are coming from the 1700 to 1900 loops since our loop 1600 hasn't been touched.

Dang, I have to agree...Last we were at the 300 Loop We were up till 2 cleaning shoes and mats from people not cleaning up after their dogs...

I love taking our dogs, but always show the respect like many others and clean up.

I wish you would stay in the 300 loop..........You would be a busy man....

IMO....its hands down.. the most popular loop for poorly trained pet owners.....

It almost sounds to me like you have been able to pick your sites. Do they let you once you are there or something?

Also...I have already called and requested NOT to get 1900 but asked for 1700 loop instead. Do you think I should request any others or just leave it be? Thanks for being so patient and understanding to those of us who aren't able to get there often, and have tons of questions. I was at FTW in 2003, but for the life of me I can't remember where we were camped. Didn't have the dogs with us then, tho.
