Hello! So I'm going to WDW in 4 days. On Saturday, (The day before the Dark Side half marathon, which I am doing ) will be the day I'll go to a park solo. Which is the best park to go to? And what are some fun things that I can do alone in the parks? Thank you!

Also, looking at Epcot, lots of places to spend time exploring in World Showcase, where if in a group, others may not want to linger. Animal Kingdom similar.

I would definitely recommend a tour. I did the Walk in Walt's Footsteps on a solo trip to Disneyland and absolutely loved it. You're with a few other people on the tour, so gives you a chance to socialize a bit as well. Beyond that idea, if you just want a straight up park day, I would probably do Epcot and really take in WS. I know I would definitely enjoy exploring all the countries without having to worry about someone else in my party wanted to move along before I'm done.

Do you get to visit Walt's apartment on this tour?

I would go for either Epcot or Animal Kingdom. Both have lots of opportunities to do things at your own pace, like World Showcase and all the animals & trails in Animal Kingdom, but both also have some good rides. DHS could also be a good choice, as it has many shows and sit down opportunities. Depends on if you need to rest after your half marathon ;-)

@disnic75, I did the tour solo in NOV14, then it was the Dream Suite as replacement for Walt's apartment due to refurbishment. I haven't seen the apartment, but I think would prefer the Dream Suite, there are so many cool features :)
