Best park for a rainy day?!

Hi everyone - The weather for next week isn't sounding particularly good for a few of the days:( We were wondering which park is the best to handle in the rain? This is a grown up trip so we can slog through the bad weather. My guess is the Studios since there seem to be less attractions and it wouldn't take a full day. We had certain parks in mind for certain days but can switch it up. No ADRs for any park restaurants. We are doing mostly resort and DTD dining . Thanks for any advice. Beachfan

Studios is a great choice, it is a very easy park to get through and the majority of the attractions are indoors. I know they have closed TOT when there is lightening so that was a little bit of a bummer, but I think overall that would be the best choice.

Unless there is lightening, I say MK. Crowds drop substantially and you can ride a ton of attractions (you will get wet, you may get soaked). But with lightening, MK is tough because of so many open air rides (that will then close).

AK if it is only light and scattered rain. The animals usually become more active. Also, the MK is a good choice. They have more indoor indoor attractions than you probably realize.

HS is a good in the rain, you can take your time with the shows and indoor attractions. Plus the park isn't too big, and it's fairly easy to navigate without getting horribly wet.
I like to do Epcot on rainy days because there's tons of shopping. There's also lots of little pavilions to explore, both in World Showcase and Future World. We love spending a lot of time in The Seas, explore the China pavillion, and play in Innoventions. There's also The Universe of Energy, Figment, and Spaceship Earth to enjoy!
Magic Kingdom is tough in the rain because there are 2 headliners that are outdoors that get shut down, and there's a lot of walking from one attraction to the other. If you don't mind getting soaked, though, the crowds are smaller than usual when there's rain.

I kind of like Epcot in the rain; there's lots to do indoors.

And, chances are it won't rain all day, regardless of the forecast. Florida is notorious for its brief rain showers. You might have, say, a 30% chance of rain on a given rain, but that only means there is a 30% chance of rain sometime that day.

I was at WDW a month ago, and we had rain in the forecast every single day. Out of seven total days, it only rained once -- and that was for an hour and a half. We just "ponchoed up and kept on with our day!

The best rain parks are MK and HS because they are more compact and the distance between attractions is shorter. I'd avoid Epcot and Animal Kingdom because they require much more waling around while exposed to the elements.
