Im thinking the majic Kingdom is the best park and them MGM studios....
can someone fill me innn..what's the best rides and places to see with a little guy?
THanks

Paul is 3 and has been to Disney World four times.

Obviously MK is number 1 at that age, but we've found that both Epcot and AK offer WAY more for our little guy than MGM. That might just be us, though . . .

At AK he loves the Festival of the Lion King, Flights of Wonder, Pochanahotas and Her Forest Friends, the Safari, the Gorilla and Tiger walking trails, Triceratops Spin, the Boneyard, It's Tough To Be A Bug (this one scares some kids, but he loves it), the petting area at Conservation Station, just exploring the Oasis, and more.

At Epcot, he loves all the entertainment in World Showcase (especially the Mo Rockin' band, the Japanese Drummers, and the Chinese acrobats), the films in all the countries - especially China, the Maelstrom ride in Norway, Spaceship Earth, Journey Into Your Imagination, all of the Living Seas - especially Turtle Talk, the dancing Fountain of Nations (one of his favorite things in all of Disney World), and lots, lots more. Oh, and he is crazy for Illuminations! It's hands-down one of his very favorite things at Disney.

MGM is by far the park that offers the least for him. We don't watch Playhouse Disney, so he doesn't really care about that show. He does like the Little Mermaid show. Other than that, there's not a lot there for the littlle ones, it seems to us. He does love Fantasmic, though.

thanks for the good ideas...yeah I guess we just want to go over there so he can meet bear in the big blue house..he loves bear and his gang!

but epcot sounds cool...I can see where my son would enjoy those same things...
Thanks! :)

Our favorites for the kids are MK (#1) and AK. MK is obvious I guess. But my kids love animals and AK has so much for them to see - safari, nature trails. Plus Dino land has kid friendly rides and they love the Lion King show. I think MGM is nice if your little one watches Playhouse Disney but not much other than that appeals to my kids. FWIW, I don't believe you can meet the Bear characters, they are in teh show but I haven't seen them for autographs. But Jo Jo and some of the other PH Disney characters are out. ANd of course the new breakfast a H&V...

Defintly Magic Kingdom! I'm not sure alll the hieght reqirements..but..that has all the rides for a younger one.

We took 2 1/2 year olds to WDW in JAN and are planning to go again in JAN 2007 with 3 1/2 year olds (twin boys). MK and AK seem to be their favs...lots to do there, as a previous poster mentioned. I agree there wasn't much at MGM to hold their interest.

We didn't see much of Epcot, so I can't really help you out much there. We're hoping to see more of it this time around---glad to read from the previous poster that there is a good deal to interest them there!

My DS is the odd one out. He loved Epcot most of all, insists we go there first when we go back in December. but he also loved MK and AK. MGM was a bomb. There was very little there that he enjoyed beyond Playhouse Disney and Voyage of the Little Mermaid and meeting the characters. At Epcot, he loved, loved Innoventions and wanted to play with every computer game he saw. He loved touring all the countries and checking everything out. At AK he enjoyed the Safari, the Tiger Trail, loved Triceratops Spin and I could barely pry him out of the Boneyard.
