I just want to have a nice “cheap” vacation for a weekend in Orlando before school starts for myself and siblings. I’m in charge of planning it. We are a family 8 but only 7 of us needs tickets. We are planning a big Disney/Universal trips so those are out of the question.

I really don’t want to go to our local theme park but my parents prefer there because it’s only $50 per person. I know there’s no park in Orlando that cheap. They are willing to spend a little extra because of all I’ve been through in the past few months. Plus my aunt lets us use her discount at hotels where the rooms are super cheap.

We always got a decent deal at Legoland both times we went with the bogo tickets. I can’t seem to find that deal. I went on the website and the tickets are $80 and I think that’s a little steep for there. Especially since my parents are used to paying under $50 there.

The other two options I can think of are Sea World and Busch Gardens in Tampa just an hour away.

We’ve never been to Busch Gardens and my mom has always wanted to go. I have negative history with Sea World but my family has been dying to go back. The little ones are Disney obsessed but venture to Nick every once in a while but have stopped the last two months. They use to always show SW commercials every other break and mention deals. Due to my negative history with Sea World I really don’t want to look up tickets or deals to constantly see ads on the websites I visit or Instagram.

If you can provide that info, or any info about current deals that will be greatly appreciated. I really want to go to Orlando, so if SW has the best deal, I’ll take one for the team.

Not knowing the ages of the little ones and price limit your parents are setting on tickets, it's kind of hard to direct you to any deals. I don't think that you're going to find any BOGO deals now that the economy has picked up unless it's for a lesser attraction like Gatorland or Wonderworks.

My advice, if you don't want to see banner ads when surfing other wbsites, is to find an adblocker and add it to your browser. AdBlockPlus works very well for me. Or go incognito when visiting the SW website.

There’s only 1 child and 6 adults.

Not looking for a bogo deal specifically but just a good deal in general.

What's the budget for the 6 adults + 1 child? Are you only looking for 1-day tickets? multi-day tickets to the same park? multi-park tickets (for example SW + BG, SW + Aquatica or visits to lesser attractions like Gatorland and Wonder Works)? How many days do you want to cover? There's a lot to see and do in Orlando outside of Disney's gates, but it kind of helps to know what you're looking for.

Just 1 day unless we could get a good deal on SW+Aquatica. This is just a quick trip to do something before school starts. We’re planning a bigger Disney/Universal trip for later on.

I would say about $350-550 is the budget. We’re all terrified of gators so Gatorland is out lol. We’ve done Wonderworks before. I think it’s one of those things you do once and don’t do again.

Just looked at Undercover Tourist and found that they had LEGOland tickets for $66 each and LEGOland is offering free parking. That’s a great deal. Only an extra $90 from what they would pay at our local theme park. Just have to convince my parents to order from UT.

If not I think we’ll still have a great time in Orlando. We can just go to FunSpot and do the go karts and laser tag. Plus I want to go on the Orlando Eye and eat at the Sugar Factory which I think are in the same place.

We are going to Disney/Universal soon so it’s no big deal really. I just would have liked to explore the lesser parks. Didn’t plan on them being so expensive. We haven’t done Orlando in about 3 or 4 years and we would always see deals for LEGOland, Bush Gardens, and Sea World. I guess it’s a good thing because that means the economy is getting better.

Includes Orlando Eye, Madame Tussaud's Wax Museum and the Orlando Aquarium for about $52 per person and you do not need to do all of them in a single day.

Groupon has a deal for a 2-park Busch Gardens/Aquatic/Sea World/Adventure Island Tampa Bay for $96 or 3 parks for $116. That's above your budget but gives you 2-3 days of parks to enjoy if you have the time.

Groupon also has Gator Golf on I-Drive, $10 for 2 people or $19 for 4 people. NASCAR go-kart racing packages for 1 person ($28) up to 4 people ($95). FootGolf at Disney's Oak Trails course $28 for 2 people or $45 for 4 people.

We are looking for passes for our family for 3 attractions in Orlando. I was thinking Gatorland, wonderworks and titanic. Where can I find the best price for these attractions? We are 4 adults, 1 child.

If you only want 3 attractions, Go City cards will give you a decent discount. If I were to limit the attractions, I'd probably get the 5 attraction and add on the Outta Control Dinner Show and one other attraction (or do the unlimited 2-3 day and add an expensive attraction, like Legoland or KSC)...https://www.smartdestinations.com/o...on-orlando/_attr_Orl_Att_ICON_Orlando_pt.html

You can normally get a promo code that takes 8-10% off the price of the cards...so don't pay full price...
