Best options for 2020 banked points?

Well I somehow messed up on one of my previous reservations and now I have some 2020 banked points. I have a June UY, 76 banked points from 2020 in addition to most of my 2021 UY points. I'm planning on banking the 2021 UY points by Monday. There aren't any reservations for a weekend when I could use them.

What are my best options for the 2020 points?
Anyone have any experience with similar situation?
Correct that I either need to do something with them by Monday 1/31 due to rule of 4? (reservation, transfer, etc.)
I have not looked into any of the other collections etc. so any insight here is appreciated.

I'd try to rent the 2020 points at a firesale price.

You have until May 31 to use the 2020 banked points, I would rent them out on the disboards DVC rental thread here, it's fairly straightforward and you have plenty of time to left to rent them out. Check out the current rental posts to get an idea of how to advertise and prices.

It doesn't sound like you have any other reservations before June 1st that you could reallocate the points to?

If not you still have 4 months before they expire. Personally I'd rent them out. You should be able to get $18-$20/pt.

Consider booking reservations and renting out the confirmed reservations. Availability is limited so you might have better luck this way. Might take some work to stalk the website though. Just an idea!

This is what I did with 95 points that were going to expire. I ended up with 3 reservations, 2 for 2 nights, 1 for 3 nights. I stalked until I found some good dates. Recommend focusing on studios and either a Monday or Wednesday night somewhere in there for extended evening hours. I then posted them with a DVC rental site and made 14.50 a point. You can make more by renting them out yourself, but this was my first time and I found the rental site super easy.
