Best operator for fly-drive?

Beginning to plan a long awaited return to Orlando - five years is far too long to be away from Orlando (and the DIS!), although in my defence we've had a few trips to Disneyland and DLP since then.

Trying to get my head around the package deal v. fly-drive v. flight-only DIY options. Can anyone recommend some fly-drive operators for me to look at? I know about Virgin and BA and have previously flown with Travel City Direct. Who else should I be looking at to compare prices and decide between a package deal or DIY arrangements.

Should have said, if it makes a difference, we will be travelling in August 2012, with 4 adults and 2 kids (although both will have to pay adult fares).

In school hols packages/Flydrives are rarely the cheapest option, DIY wins almost every time. Off season then packages are better value.

To give you and idea for next August this is how they compare for us(2 adults & 1 teen)

Virgin Flydrive in economy £3359.64 (plus car, so just for the flights)
Virgin Package, economy flights 21 days at OKW, 3x 21 day ultimate tix, free DDP, full size car with insurance. £9,500

DIY using some airmiles, Virgin PE out, Delta Economy comfort return, OKW 21 days, 3 x 21 day Ultimate tix, car & ins, approx £4,500 ( £5,000 cheaper than VH)

Even having to pay for flights instead of using airmiles you should be able to beat any package or flydrive by a substantial amount, are you willing to fly indirect? offer has just ended for flights with Delta from £450pp for next August.

I haven't done a package for years now so not sure who are the best but the 3 you mentioned, Thomas Cook, Thomsons, First Choice, Monarch (probably get worst reviews of them all)
