Best One-Bedroom on the Fantasy

Hi all. I just pulled the trigger and booked a one bedroom on the fantasy. What is the best cabin to get. The cruise is a year away so nearly every cabin is available. I do not like that enclosed balcony on deck 11- are all deck 11 balconies enclosed? Thank God for this site, I would have been so sad if I didn't learn about the enclosure in advance. Is 11020 enclosed? I really want to hear the least noise possible for above too! Which cabin would be best? Thank you!

12012 is the best.

It's open, it's an extended verandah, a great location, and it's door opens next yo a side door for the concierge lounge side door for food drinks etc 7 am to 10 pm.

We didn't have any noise issues.

I haven't been in 12012, but I'll put in my votes for 12006 and 12506, both of which I have stayed in. They have the bigger balconies as well (they are on the forward part of the bump out whereas 12012 is on the aft part of it).

I'd say if any of those 4 (throwing in 12512 as well since it's just the mirror image of 12012) are available, you can't lose.

Most unique is 12000 which is between the royals dead center front of ship, largest 1bedroom suite verandah

I'll take 12000 every time. So cool to see the welds where the 2 sides of the ship come together. The verandah is very special.

I've never been in 12000, but that verandah is HUGE.

As far as noise from above, we noticed absolutely none. The sundeck on deck 13 is adults-only, so you won't have kids running around up there, and we never noticed noise from the moving of deck chairs, etc.

My buddy just grabbed 12000 off the wait list ... we have the Walt 12002. The verandahs and inside doors can be opened up.

they typically hold 12000 back for the royals in case they need it as a connecting. it gets released when both royals are taken and have decided if they need it or not.

The food is labeled as to what it is, but the labels don't specifically identify things as gluten free (or vegetarian, etc). Just let the Concierge Hosts know your needs and they'll point you toward what's safe.

Room 12000 is AMAZING!!! Check out pictures in my trip report - the link is in my signature.

The motion was no different than just outside of the concierge rooms IMO.

12000's verandah has two potential issues - one is that if someone is on Deck 13 forward (big crowd at sail-aways) there are folks looking down at you. The other is that if you have neighbors in the Roy or Walt suites that are hottub people (or have little people who are) you could have a bit noisier time on your verandah than you'd like.

I totally plan on hiding under the overhang and eaves drop on the people on deck 13. LOL

Between Titanic reenactments, to crazy conversations about where we were sailing on our sea day, the entertainment was priceless.
