Best OKW Area / Rooms

As the title suggests i'm looking for info on the best area and rooms in Old Key West. Proximity to the main house is irrelevant and we have a car.

If we check in early and ask are we more likely to get what we want?

So far i've requested nr hospitality house and ground floor or elevator block (DD has a disability).

I've stayed there a few times and been somewhere different each time and always it's been fine - I don't request any particular building. if you're not fussed about proximity to the Hospitality House and have a car (both of which could influence your choice if they were an issue), then I don't think it really matters.
