Best of the Best Counter Service

I will be 6 days at WDW probably all CS (solo, don't want to bust all of the family vacation $ on me! ) and I hope to hit the winners. I'm thinking 11 meals. Breakfast I like to bring cereal and buy milk, yogurt and coffee at the food courts.

Here's what I have so far:

Evening of arrival
MK--Hope for El Pirata to be open (10 days after to refurbished POTC opens, so I'm hopeful)

Day 2
AK/AKL Tusker House, Mara (ok, I do have a dinner ADR at Boma--just in case!)

Day 3
MK--Pecos Bill's and the Terrace Noodle Place

Day 4
MGM--leave to go to Beaches and Cream (I hear 3:30 is the best time)

Day 5
Epcot--The CS version of Rose and Crown

Day 6
MK
DD--Earl of Sandwich

So, I'd like opinions so far, and ideas to fill in the blanks (days 4-6). I will likely leave the parks at some point during the day, and return for the shows at night. As it stands now, I will be split between Pop (days 1-3) and ASSp (days 4-6), but hope for 6 days at Pop. I will not be hopping. I will consider restaurants outside of the parks as well if they fit in with my plan.
