Best of new DS restaurants?

We will be back in WDW this Aug for our 3rd family trip of the year. This trip we wanted to spend a night in DS maybe just DW and I. What of the new restaurants would anyone recommend. We have not tried Wine Bar George, Edison, Enzo's Hideaway, or Terralina. If we wanted Italian, is Il Mulino still best option? We are excited for Jaleo to open, but maybe next year.
